The last two days I have been very good!
The 26th I had a total of 1570 calories. My workout consisted of walking on the tredmil at the gym for 3 miles or 50 minutes. Then I did 48 minutes on the stationary bike. I unfortunately forgot to do an ab video though. I need to get better at that.
The 27th I had a total of 1275 calories. My workout was pretty short today, it just consisted in riding my bike to a local chase bank to deposit come checks then to wal mart to get some groceries. I did do a 10 minute ab video today though!
I am worried about this upcoming weekend but doing to try and maintain my healthiness during it. The goal is no sweets at all so that way when I go home next Wednesday I can indulge one day there (also I would like to possibly lose a pound or so before I go home.) No giving into sweets will be especially difficult on account of the fact that TOM decided to come for a visit this week, ugh. But I know I can do! I need to prove to myself that I can do whatever I put my mind to!
